Roger Anderson Roger is CSC's Office Manager in Cambridge, Minnesota. In addition to his work with banking, paying bills, preparing mailings and managing the Foster Friends program, Rog and his wife Jane are the parents of four former CSC residents, Richard, Raymund, Ryan and Rocelle. |

Matt Buley Matt is our U.S. Director. He is responsible for the fundraising and promotional functions of the ministry, oversees the home office and facilitates the Board of Directors. Paul and Marlys Healy Paul and Marlys helped start the ministry of CSC in 1979 (Healys' blog). Marlys is the founder of CSC and is our Medical Director in Cebu. Paul is Field Director and President. Paul and Marlys are the parents of three former CSC residents, Nelia, Juliet & Jenny. |

Brenda Leaf Brenda is CSC's Administrative Assistant in Cambridge. She handles the recording and receipting of gifts among other office duties. |

Amy Luck Amy is our pre-school teacher and works with the Foster Friends program. She committed to become a long-term CSC staff member in 2006 after serving as a short termer for several years. Amy's blog |

Mitch and Ruth Ohlendorf Mitch and Ruth have been on the CSC staff since 1985. Mitch is the Executive Director and Ruth serves as Outreach Director. They are the parents of Anthony, Andrew, and Elenita. |

Shari Reasoner Shari serves as a consultant to Children of Hope School. She travels to Cebu four times a year and serves as a resource to our school staff while home in Minnesota as well. She made numerous trips as a volunteer before joining the staff in 2006, including during her nine years on the Board of Directors. |

Joel Reasoner Joel joined CSC as a first-term missionary in June 2007. He serves in a variety of administrative, program and marketing related tasks in Cebu. Joel's Blog |

Sandy Swanson Sandy has been working with CSC since 1979. She is our Child Development Director, responsible for the care of the children in our homes. She served as a longtime house parent and oversees all childcare staff, the largest employee group at CSC. Sandy's blog |
