The preparation for the pouring of the 2nd floor of Jacob's House continues to move along. The metal sheeting in being installed now. Once that is finished two layers of re-bar will be laid over it for reinforcement. Electrical conduit will also be put in place before the pouring. It will still be at least two weeks before the 2nd floor will be poured.
The form works for the East bridge are well underway. Its columns have been poured. The bridge itself will be poured the same day as the 2nd floor of Jacob's House.
The Medical building crew have made huge strides toward completing the ramp for the courtyard to the Medical building. The temporary steps used to reach the Medical building of been removed. Now the ramp is used to get from the courtyard up the hill. The welders have nearly finished installing all the trusses. Keep in mind that almost none of the materials arrive on site prefabricated. The trusses were made on site.
