Welcome federal and state employees!

We are so thankful that you are considering designating your workplace giving to Children’s Shelter of Cebu/Philippine Children’s Shelter. As you can see by the website, most people know us as Children’s Shelter of Cebu, but we also operate under the name Philippine Children’s Shelter. This is the name we use in the CFC materials, because it more immediately conveys our focus in the Philippines. A campaign consultant felt that the name Cebu was getting lost at the end of the all-important organization name lists that so many people use. You’ve no doubt seen the lists of names and can probably understand!

There are no differences in what appeals to people about our work though. We are about saving lives of homeless children in the Philippines. Our shelter and school are located in Cebu, and it is here that we provide a loving, Christ-centered home to children who have lost their parents.
