Posting on CSC’s Website:
CSC’s site may at some time contain bulletin boards, guest books and email addresses of our staff. The user agrees when availing of these resources, not to 1. defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the rights of others; 2. to publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; 3. upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property law unless necessary consent is received; 4. upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupt files, or any other software which may damage the operation of another’s computer.
Children’s Shelter of Cebu has the absolute right to delete any inappropriate materials posted our site. And CSC claims the right to terminate a viewer’s ability to interact with our website in the event we determine that s(he) has been engaged in a prohibited activity.

Website Security:
Any unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on CSC’s site is strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, or the laws against trespass.

Change of Website Terms of Use:
CSC reserves the right to change our “Terms of Use” policies. CSC will inform views of changes.

CSC carefully monitors this site. We reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that are determined to be abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, in violation of a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of another, or offensive or otherwise objectionable.
